WHY WE COLLECT

HOW WE STORE, RETAIN AND DISPOSE

We securely store your personal data in our cloud-based storage systems, ensuring protection through industry-standard security measures. Your data is retained for five (5) years, unless it is subject to ongoing investigations, involved in legal proceedings, and/or required by applicable laws or regulations.

After the retention period, we permanently delete your data using data deletion tools and information overwriting techniques to prevent any possibility of recovery.

We may share your personal data with our affiliate, Confabia, Inc., if the customer service agent handling your concern is employed by them. This ensures that your inquiry is addressed efficiently and by the appropriate personnel.

  • Right to File a Complaint. If you feel that your personal information has been misused, maliciously disclosed, or improperly disposed, or that any of your data privacy rights have been violated, you have a right to file a complaint with the NPC.
  • Right to Data Portability. As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from the PIC a copy of your personal data and/or have the same transmitted from one PIC to another, in an electronic or structured format that is commonly used.
