How to pay bills in U Money Stores

You can go to any U Money branch nationwide to pay any of our billers. Our friendly U Frontline Associates are always here to serve U.

  1. 1 .
    Present your Statement of Account (SOA). If you don't have a Statement of Account, you can fill out a Payment Form provided by the Frontline Associate.
  2. 2 .
    Give your payment for the amount stated in your Statement of Account plus the service fee. The Frontline Associate will process your payment and validate your Statement of Account or payment form.
  3. 3 .
    Get your receipt. This serves as the proof of transaction.

How to pay bills using the U Money App

Pay bills at your own convenience. You will need to cash-in your U Money Wallet to fund the transaction.

  1. 1 .
    On the main dashboard, under Services select Pay Bills.
  2. 2 .
    Select a biller category.
  3. 3 .
    The list of billers under that category will be displayed. Select the specific biller you wish to pay.
  4. 4 .
    Fill in the transaction details.
    • Account Number
    • Account Name
    • Your email address
    • Amount to pay
  5. 5 .
    Confirm your transaction.
