How to make a foreign exchange at U Money stores
  • 1 .

    Bring your currency and one (1) valid ID to any U Money branch.

    • If exchanging from PHP: You can transact in cash or from your e-wallet or bank account.
    • If exchanging from USD: You can transact in cash or from your U Money USD e-wallet (just present your U Money customer account number or your U Money App).
    • If exchanging from another currency: You can transact in cash only, with payout in cash (PHP or USD) or to your e-wallet or bank account (PHP only).
  • 2 .

    Choose your payout currency.

    We accept foreign exchange from PHP or USD, and payout in PHP or USD (i.e. you can exchange your PHP or USD for another foreign currency, or convert your foreign currency to PHP or USD.)

  • 3 .

    The Frontline Associate will process your transaction. The service fee will be deducted from your total payout.

  • 4 .

    Count your total cash payout and confirm that the transaction is correct.

  • 5 .

    Get your receipt as proof of transaction.
