USSC began as Radio Communications of the Philippines Inc. back in 1958 and became Universal Storefront Services Corporation in 2005.

From our beginnings as a homegrown company, USSC, now known as "U", has become one of the largest one-stop shops in the country with over 700 stores and more than 1,000 key sub-agent locations nationwide. And today, we have our eyes set on the rest of the world: Wherever there are Filipinos, we want to be there to empower them.

Launched Super Negosyo (now U Business Solutions), recognized as a 4-Star Awardee by Air Asia, and received El Circulo and Top Producer Awards from Malayan Insurance

Became a licensed EMI by BSP; partnered with DA, DBP, DOLE, and DSWD to support financial aid distribution during COVID-19

2021

Joined Philippine Payments Management Inc. and PCHC for Instapay and PESOnet; partnered with Caloocan LGU for PHP 1.34B cash aid distribution

2022

Launched the UNA Kard: the first QRph + EMV debit card in the Philippines

2023

Launched the upgraded U Mobile App and started partnership with Visa
